MUJI STATIONERY HAUL
Fall season means jumping right into work mode! For me personally that means heading back to university for my final year studying Media Production at Ryerson.
Whether your heading back to work or school, Muji is a smart alternative to your everyday stationery store to find minimal stationery items that compliments your style and aesthetic. They just recently build a new one in downtown Toronto but most of their products can also be found online.
Not to mention the brand is super economical and environmentally friendly! The Japanese brand sells a lot of products that are made with recycled materials. Personally for me that makes it a worthy place to spend my money. What I love the most is that it provides a lot of variety, so you can customize your stationery to your liking. After purchasing my stationery, which by the way only came out to under $20, I headed over to their stamp centre and personalized all my items.
1. RECYCLED PAPER - NOTE THIN
The cutest paper notebook! I ended up purchasing 6, one for each course and so far using them has been great. Not only are they light weight to carry around, but so easy to keep track of. The recycled paper note thin is made with 50% recycled paper. What I like the most is that they are amazing to write in, the paper is really smooth. The minimal tan colour makes it a nifty accessory to have on hand whether your taking notes for class, brainstorming or opting for that perfect insta pic!
2. SELECT 3 COLOUR BALL POINT PEN BODY
What I love about this pen is that you can customize you single ball-point pen with three colours that you use the most. I went for the basic red, blue and black in the 0.5 mm. Muji offers a variety of colours. This means that you can go for a select ball point pen refill any time, once your run out!
3. RECYCLED PAPER CRAFT SKETCH BOOK
Everyone needs a sketchbook or just a notebook with clean pages to help put thoughts and goals on paper. I purchased just one to have on had at all times to help plan out some actionable goals! Of course being a Muji item, the sketchbook is recycled which makes it worth the while!
Last but definitely not the least, the translucent pen case is the perfect minimal accessory to your everyday workflow. It has enough room to fit a few pens and white-out! It's super light and easy to carry even in a purse. I've caught myself doubling it as a eyeliner holder at times too! Versatility is everything!
